Thank You Auto-Solve ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Zendesk application.

Information We Collect​

From Zendesk​

When you connect Thank You Auto-Solve to your Zendesk account, we receive:

  • OAuth tokens: Used to authenticate with Zendesk APIs
  • Subdomain: Your Zendesk subdomain for routing requests
  • Ticket data: When a webhook fires, we receive the ticket ID and latest comment content

Automatically Collected​

  • Usage data: Number of tickets processed, classification results
  • Error logs: Technical errors for debugging purposes

How We Use Your Information​

We use collected information solely to:

  1. Provide the service: Classify ticket messages and auto-solve when appropriate
  2. Authenticate: Maintain your connection with Zendesk
  3. Improve the service: Analyze aggregate usage patterns and fix bugs

Data Processing​

Message Classification​

When a ticket comment is received:

  1. The message content is sent to OpenAI for classification
  2. The classification result is used to determine action
  3. The message content is immediately discarded after processing
  4. We do not store ticket content or customer personal information

Token Storage​

OAuth tokens are stored in Cloudflare KV:

  • Encrypted at rest
  • Used only for Zendesk API authentication
  • Deleted when you disconnect the app

Third-Party Services​

OpenAI​

We use OpenAI's API for message classification:

  • Message content is processed per OpenAI's Privacy Policy
  • API data is not used for training per OpenAI's data usage policies

Cloudflare​

Our backend is hosted on Cloudflare Workers:

  • Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy
  • Data may be processed at various global edge locations

Data Retention​

  • Message content: Not retained (processed in real-time only)
  • OAuth tokens: Retained while connected, deleted on disconnect
  • Configuration settings: Retained while connected, deleted on disconnect
  • Usage logs: Retained for 30 days for debugging

Data Security​

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • OAuth 2.0 for authentication
  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Webhook signature verification
  • Encrypted token storage

Your Rights​

You can:

  • Disconnect the app at any time to delete all stored data
  • Access your stored settings via the app interface
  • Request information about your data by contacting us

Children's Privacy​

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
